LUCKY STRIKE BAIT WORKS,PETERBOROUGH ONTARIO
Lucky Strike Bait Works was founded in 1929 by Frank Edgar better known as Rusty Edgar. This company is still in business today after 80 years.Still family owned.I recently wrote an article for the "Real Fishing" magazine on the history of Lucky Strike Bait Works. The company has an amazing history, unique in todays standards.
Shown in the picture are two of the rarest Lucky Strike Bait Works lure boxes and two R-90 minnows. These items in the photo are scarce to rare. The value of the boxes and lures would be high in todays market. Click to view more information and lures by Lucky Strike Bait Works. The company also manufactured another line of lures known as Better-Luck.
